Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible by emailing us at contact@furnihq.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the items according to our Return Policy.

What to do if your Cancellation has been Denied

If your order cannot be cancelled, and you wish to keep your item(s), no further action is needed. If you wish to return your unwanted item(s), you can do so once you have received your item(s). To get started, view your recent orders and select the item you want to return.

Cancelling a Return

If you have already initiated a return and have changed your mind, you can cancel the return by emailing us at contact@furnihq.com as long as you still have the item in your possession.

Cancelling a Service

If you need to cancel an assembly or installation service, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the start time, fees may apply. To cancel or reschedule a service, please email us at contact@furnihq.com.

Cancelling an Email Subscription

If you would like to unsubscribe or receive fewer emails from us, you can do so at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of our emails.
