If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of the delivery date to report the issue and qualify for a resolution. We offer multiple solutions to rectify any issues with your order, including replacement or refund.
To help us provide the best solution for your issue, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned. If we request a return, please make sure to properly package the item to avoid any further damage during shipping.
Please note that if you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.
