Damaged or Defective Items Policy

At FurniHQ, we strive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and free of any defects. However, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@furnihq.com within 30 days of the delivery date to report the issue and qualify for a resolution. We offer multiple solutions to rectify any issues with your order, including replacement or refund.

To help us provide the best solution for your issue, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned. If we request a return, please make sure to properly package the item to avoid any further damage during shipping.

Please note that if you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.

We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date. So, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to report any issues.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, simply visit “My Orders” on our website and follow the instructions provided.
