Warehousing and Dispatch

Our products are located in our warehouses strategically spread across over ten states in the U.S. This allows us to expedite the order fulfillment process. Typically, we promise a handling time of 1-3 business days before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Due to our strategic warehousing locations and use of premium shipping service providers, we guarantee delivery within 3-7 business days for all products. Please be aware that these timings can vary depending on the location and nature of the product. Specific delivery timeframes can be found on the individual product details page.

Oversized Products

For oversized items, we take extra care to ensure they are safely packed and shipped. As a result, the handling time might slightly increase to 3-8 business days. This extra time allows us to take all necessary precautions to guarantee the safe arrival of your oversized product.

Exclusions

At present, our delivery services are limited to locations within the continental United States. We do not ship to PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP and we do not drop-ship to PO Boxes. We also do not deliver to overseas territories.
