Eligibility for Refund or Return: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition, with original packaging.

There are two categories under which returns can be processed:

  1. Defective Products: This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
  2. Customer Remorse: This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.

How to Return a Product:

  1. For defective products, download/print the return form from our website.
  2. For customer remorse, download/print the return form from our website.
  3. Complete the form and include it in the return package.
  4. Ship the product back to the specified address.

Product Conditions for Returns: We only accept returns for products that are in new condition.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 25% restocking fee (in USD) applies to all returns due to customer remorse. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. For defective products, customers will pay the actual cost of return shipping.
  2. For returns due to customer remorse, customers will pay the actual cost of return shipping.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
