Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options, and your location. We always aim to deliver within 3-7 business days from the date of your order.
Shipping prices inside the US are included in all FurniHQ products. For shipping outside the US, please contact us at contact@furnihq.com.
Sorry, this is not possible. Currently, we do not have a showroom or a store to pick up products directly.

Yes, it is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.
Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, carrying items up stairs, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items or you are not comfortable carrying your items, we suggest having an additional person to assist with the placement of your items inside.

FurniHQ is dedicated to providing good customer support. If you wish to return an item(s), please send an email to contact@furnihq.com. We kindly ask you include your purchase order number so we can find your order details in the most convenient way.
We’re confident you will like your product. But just in case, we have a Return for Any Reason policy. If you are unhappy, simply contact us to arrange for your return.
If you decide after receiving delivery of your product(s) you wish to return the product(s) for any reason, you can.
FurniHQ provides its customers with a 14-day period for returns.
FurniHQ does provide refunds. Any product(s) returned will be fully refunded, less the delivery costs to return the product(s).
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date. If the product(s) is not damaged or faulty, and you simply decided that you do not want it anymore, you will receive a refund, less the outbound associated shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary according to the item(s) and your location.
In the unexpected event of receiving a faulty product(s) or you have a warranty claim, please contact us by email at contact@furnihq.com. Photos may be requested to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange Special Order and Customization
FurniHQ offers a wide range of customization options, including size, shape, material, and color of the components. You can select the options according to your preferences, and we will provide you with the feasibility and cost details. Once you have finalized your customization options, we will produce the furniture for you.
Yes, you can request colors that are not in the FurniHQ offer. Simply mention your color preference in your special order request email, and we will let you know if it’s possible to fulfill your request, along with the price and delivery time details.
Yes, you can request custom dimensions for your furniture. This option is available for products that are ordered as a Special Order.

To purchase multiple quantities of the same design, simply add the item to your cart and edit the ‘quantity’ field as per your requirement.
Each FurniHQ product family is assembled differently. You will receive a set of intuitive and easy-to-follow instructions that guide you through the assembly process for your specific furniture piece. We recommend having someone to assist you during assembly.
FurniHQ furniture can be assembled by hand. However, securing shelves to the wall will require a drill and screwdriver. For safety reasons, securing tall shelf units to the wall is advisable.
The time taken to assemble your FurniHQ furniture depends on the product you have purchased. However, we have ensured that the assembly process is quick and simple.
Yes, FurniHQ furniture can be easily disassembled for transportation. However, we recommend that you take care when disassembling your furniture to avoid any damage.
