Missing Parts Policy

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a product that is missing a necessary component. If you have received a product from FurniHQ that is missing parts, please follow these steps to help determine your next steps:

  1. Check for hidden parts: Sometimes the parts are stored in places for shipping that make them tough to spot. Review our hidden parts guides to determine if your furniture parts are hidden.
  2. Contact us: If after checking for hidden parts, you are still missing something, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution. We’ll send you the missing parts or hardware for free.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to service any missing parts reported more than 30 days after the delivery date. If a replacement part doesn’t solve the problem, you can request a refund or replacement item through My Orders. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.

Dear valued visitors, we’d like to inform you that if your purchases were made through external platforms, and you’re reaching out to us for assistance in sourcing missing parts, it’s important to understand that the chances of fulfilling such requests are quite minimal.

This situation arises due to our manufacturers typically sending us bulk shipments of complete products for our US warehouse. Should they need to dispatch individual spare parts separately, the shipping costs incurred would exceed the overall product cost, making it an impractical solution.

Therefore, we recommend that you approach your local shops to find compatible parts for your furniture. We appreciate your comprehension in this matter.
