The safety design with locking knob and overload protection provides safety for use. The meat grinder will turn off if overheating or overloading occurs. The “Reverse” button feature also allows you to take out a tendon that got stuck while grinding. It’s easy to clean too – simply take it apart and wash it. Please note that the cutting attachment can be completely removed and is very easy to clean, but do not put it in the dishwasher.
For best results, choose a smooth counter with no water and place the meat grinder on the edge of it. Press it to expel the air from the suction cup, and turn down the knob to make the suction base suck on it. The suction works well in this way.
