Please note that this product is only available for drop shipping buyers, and cancellations are not permitted after 2pm PST US time each day for same-day and prior orders (including orders without a shipping order number). A tracking number will be provided about 3 business days after the order date, and standard handling time is 1-5 business days for drop ship, 1-10 business days for LTL. Furniture warranty is 1-year limited. Replacement orders are shipped FedEx, with the same handling time as above. It is important to follow MAP pricing or else cooperation from JLA store will be terminated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns require a Return Authorization number, and shipping charges are not refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, and returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Damaged merchandise should be reported immediately with necessary information and photos. For products with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service for a replacement or refund.
