Easy Installation:

This bike carrier platform hitch rack is easy to install and only takes a few minutes to assemble. Simply insert the tube, lock them directly by U-bolt and plate, put on original spring washers, flat washers, and fasten by nuts, then you’re done. If the hitch is low and there is a risk for the U-Bolt to scrape the ground, lock the tightener from the bottom. Follow the picture to install it, and it can also be mounted from the bottom.
